At TN Outage (NammaMap), we strive to deliver robust civic alerts. We want to be completely transparent about our refund and cancellation structures for our premium WhatsApp alert plans.

Since we rely on TNEB's scheduled publishes, if there is a severe system-wide backend failure on our end that prevents notifications from being generated for more than 7 consecutive days, you may request a manual refund for that active month by writing to us with your registered phone number.
