- Zero Shipping Fees: There are **no shipping, logistics, handling, customs, or dispatch fees** involved in any transaction on our website.
2. Digital Delivery Method
Subscription and service delivery are entirely electronic and instant:
- Immediate Activation: Upon successful transaction verification via the Razorpay payment gateway, your premium WhatsApp notification subscription is activated **instantly** in our backend databases.
- Delivery Channel: Scheduled power maintenance shutdown warnings will be delivered directly to your registered WhatsApp mobile number as rich text notifications.
3. Service Frequency & Triggers
Alerts are delivered dynamically based on civic infrastructure updates:
- Alert notifications are triggered automatically and programmatically the moment TNEB (TANGEDCO) publishes a scheduled shutdown matching your geofenced administrative section.
- Users can review or adjust their delivery divisions or unsubscribe at any time via their web preferences page.
4. Delivery Concerns
If your payment was processed successfully but your WhatsApp alerts are not being received, please write to us at rsiva2294@gmail.com with your transaction ID and registered phone number so we can inspect our server logs and re-verify your subscription state.
